Investment Services Executive (Financial Services) - part-time hours and hybrid working considered

A super opportunity has arisen to join an award winning financial services organisation. Our client is seeking an experienced administrator ideally from within the Financial Services industry. The role would suit someone with a strong technical background in pensions/investments and ISA administration or someone who has strong excel skills with a good eye for financials who is passionate about progressing within the industry.

Duties to include:

- Responsible for investment servicing and client administration, which includes Pensions, ISAs, General Investment Accounts and Offshore bonds which are investing in a wide range of collectives and unit trusts
- Supporting adviser firms, clients and other third parties by resolving their queries, building their platform knowledge, and working in close partnership with them
- Maintain fund manager and asset records including addition of new fund managers and assets, amendments, and corporate action processing
- Processing regular and periodic fund distributions
- Responding to fund manager questionnaires and provide due diligence information to underlying fund administrators - provide MI to fund managers

Skills/Experience

- Hands on knowledge and experience of working in a financial services/wealth management firm would be advantageous
- You will ideally have significant knowledge of pension administration work - ISAs, investments experience all beneficial
- You will have a confident and professional manner when dealing with clients, including advisers, fund managers and other providers
- A team player is required as the working environment is such that you may need to work with the team to support each other, so flexibility is key
- Strong administration skills and computer literate - use of Word, Excel and databases

Desirable experience:-

- High level understanding of investments and Model Portfolios
- Regulatory knowledge
- Pension/ISA product knowledge

Salary c24-27k+ DOE
Part time hours would be considered but over 5 days
