Mobile Caretaker

We are currently looking for a mobile caretaker to join our team in Nottingham.
The Role:
- Perform routine testing and maintenance of technical equipment, including fire alarms, emergency lighting, CCTV, and maintain accurate records.
- Conduct legionella flushes and ensure all health and safety standards are met.
- Carry out basic DIY tasks such as minor repairs, hedge trimming, grass cutting, and litter picking.
- Highlight and report any hazards or defects identified on the premises.
- Physically capable of moving and carrying boxes and navigating multiple flights of stairs.
- Manage and prioritize your workload effectively across multiple sites.
- Provide caretaking services across various locations, including Clifton, with a van provided if required.
The Candidate:
- Proven experience in caretaking and/or buildings maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety practices.
- Experience in testing and maintaining fire alarms, emergency lighting, and similar technical equipment.
- Basic DIY skills and the ability to address minor maintenance tasks.
- A valid driving license is essential.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to manage your own workload.
