Job Title: Payroll Team Leader / Payroll Manager
Location: Hampton, Twickenham, Teddington, Kingston, Surbiton, New Malden, Esher, Wimbledon, Putney, Kingston, Surbiton, Weybridge
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 + Benefits
Evolve Recruitment are seeking to recruit an experienced Payroll team leader to manage a small Payroll deparment and internal systems for an established company. An exciting opportunity for someone to challenge their talents in a fast paced, working environment. This role will require the successful candidate to work in the office 4 days a week with one working day from home.
Key Responsibilities & Skills:
- Management of the Payroll Department & GHRS functions.
- Co-ordination of salary review process.
- Standard & budgetary cost reporting. Ensuring that adequate records and documentation are kept and that compliance with legal, procedural and audit requirements are maintained.
- Checking of all labour invoices to rates & timesheets.
- Checking of expenses.
- Payroll changes, advances, starters, leavers, increases, etc & ensure all payroll changes have the proper authorised documentation prior to processing.
- Co-ordination of the salary review process.
- Standard Cost Reporting on a quarterly basis.
- Department & Labour budgets.
- Providing management reports on labour costs and monthly payroll reports.
- Maintaining proper records and filing system kept for Statutory Bodies and returns.
- E101 & E102 applications as and when required.
- Ensure payment orders for all payrolls are up to date.
- Support and liaise with HR, Organisation & ICT Manager on all necessary and ad hoc issues
- Previous expeirence as Payroll Manager is essential
