Prospero Teaching is seeking to recruit a full-time Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to work five days per week on a long-term basis at a school in Chandler's Ford. This role involves supporting the learning and development of pupils with additional needs. The position will commence as soon as possible, and interviews will be conducted on a rolling basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide tailored support to students.
Support students in accessing the curriculum and participating fully in school life.
Collaborate with teachers and other staff to create an inclusive learning environment.
Monitor and record students progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
Foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere to promote students social and emotional development.
Applicants for this LSA role must have:
- Enhanced DBS
- Learning Support Assistant/Teaching Assistant qualification and experience (preffered)
- Professional references covering the last two full years
- Experience working in a UK Primary School
- Experience supporting children with additional needs
