What You'll Bring:

We're looking for a Data Amendment Analyst to join our growing team.

Day to Day You'll Be:
The key task of this to is to analyse and rapidly correct small to medium data change requests. These requests will come from our consumers and clients. This includes:

  • Data corrections to resolve consumer disputes.
  • Monitor and uphold the overall integrity of our data.
  • Verify, asses, and ensure the quality and accuracy of our data.
  • Deliver data extracts, and reports to various business areas.
  • Support Data Loading.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Proficient in executing SQL queries of small to medium complexity.
  • Data literate.
  • Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Comfortable handing large datasets.
  • Capable of planning and organising workload with guidance.
  • Effective teamwork.
  • Proactive and able to use own initiative.
  • Efficient problem-solving skills.
  • Adherence to procedures and a drive to enhance them.
  • Strong multitasking abilities.
  • Experience of personal time management in a fast-paced operational environment.

Desirable Skills & Experience:

  • Data manipulation techniques.
  • Familiar with SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) environment.
