Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Reconciliation Accountant to join our finance team on a 6-month contract. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in controls and balance sheet reconciliation, with experience using Oracle Cloud systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed balance sheet reconciliations.
- Ensure all financial controls are adhered to and maintained.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Utilise Oracle Cloud system for financial processes and reporting.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Reconciliation Accountant or similar role.
- Strong background in financial controls and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Proficiency in using Oracle Cloud systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant accounting qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA) are preferred.
