Description
- Develop, implement and evaluate maintenance strategies
- Coordinate with the engineering team to ensure the timely completion of projects
- Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment
- Report on the performance of maintenance activities
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide technical support to the engineering team as required
Profile
A successful Engineering Planner should have:
- A degree in Engineering or related field
- Proficiency in using planning and project management tools
- Strong knowledge of maintenance strategies and practices
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- The ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
