Your new role
This employment solicitor role will see you join a nicely sized team that has a truly collegiate approach. You will handle a respondent caseload of both advisory and contentious matters. The client list is impressive and includes a range of larger corporates and SMEs.
What you'll need to succeed
You should be a lawyer at NQ level who is looking to specialise as an employment solicitor. You will have undertaken a 6 months' seat in employment and have gained a good baseline of employment experience. With a positive, client focused approach, you should be an adaptable team player.
