RM Recruit Ltd is working with our Birmingham client to recruit an Systems Analyst. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a forward thinking organisation whereby you will be pivotal in decision making and add value to their current processes:
Main duties include:
- Prior use and experience of Oracle Fusion
- New code creation (analysis codes, account codes, cost centres)
- Updating cost centre managers
- 1st level fix of issues logged
- Testing issue fixes and feeding back to business/team as required
- Management of upgrades from the organisation to liaison with inopps, comms to finance team
- Management of P2T- liaison with inoapps, comms to finance team
- Maintaining list of user access and what roles they have.
- Maintaining user data access
- Maintaining list of procurement agents / finance accounts to make sure we're falling in line with what we're subscribed to with Oracle
- Maintaining a list of scheduled processes and setting up new ones particularly when they expire
- Maintaining Oracle user guides
As the ideal candidate, you will be available on short notice / immediately. You will be confident in your approach and be familiar with using Oracle Fusion and have a good understanding of setting up Account codes and Cost Centres. Our client offers a more than generous pension scheme and offer hybrid working whereby office presence is required only twice per week. This role would benefit candidates from IT, Finance and or systems experience who are on the lookout for a new challenge.
