Sales Operations Manager

Atkinson Moss have the pleasure of recruiting for a Sales Operations Manager. This is a varied role with the main purpose of supporting the sales team to ensure that have everything required to enable sales and establish growth & productivity.

The successful candidate will be a data-driven individual to offer solutions for transforming the sales process globally, alongside the management and leadership team.

Providing support to the key stakeholders and the senior leadership team, you will oversee end to end performance, facilitate alignment and evaluate metrics in line with KPI's to optimise performance and strive towards commercial excellence.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the team has all the tools they need from the systemand liaise with IT to assist with technical support to allow the sales team to work effectively.
  • Examine data and work with the management team to drive Sales Growth through new strategies and commercial excellence.
  • Evaluate and measure team performance.
  • Embed new sales process and pipeline development.
  • Drive Customer-centric focus into the business and sales team.
  • Continuous Improvement - Determine sales enablement priorities with sales stakeholders.
  • Build trusted relationships with sales reps and leadership team to support change management.
  • Liaison between sales, IT, marketing, and product teams.
  • Assist with identifying effective onboarding and training programs for sales reps.
  • Coordinate educational content for ongoing training.
  • Facilitate content creation and use within sales and marketing teams.
  • Use performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the sales team. Identify top talent and assist with recruitment.

Experience:

  • Knowledge in Sales and Sales Training and ideally also with Sales Enablement.
  • Proficient in people management and a strategic, data-driven thinker.
  • Proficient in Word and PowerPoint and competent in Excel.
  • Analyse and synthesise from different data points.

This is a full-time position with the flexibility of hybrid working based on their remote location South of Norwich. It is offered on a 12 FTC covering maternity leave.
