This is an ideal opportunity for a Business Analyst to join the Strategy and Change team within the Pensions division. As a Business analyst with

will be responsible for undertaking a feasibility analysis, assessing alignment with strategy and building the business case for all proposals within the pension's work stream

The rate on offer is £400 - £500 - per day Inside IR35 on a 6-month contract which is likely to be extended.

,you will:

  • Demonstrable analysis of pension's administration-related issues with experience of delivering pension projects across people, process and systems.
  • Possess practical in-depth experience of DB and DC administration,
  • Undertake detailed requirements analysis, working with stakeholders to investigate and model business processes, functions, and information flows and data structures.
  • Liaise with clients to define requirements and related processes using Group and Industry business analysis standard approaches and techniques
  • Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements for sign-off prior to converting these to a functional specification and technical specification for handover to IT design/development teams, Operations and the Business
  • Able to apply process mapping and redesign skills: Define ‘As-Is' and Target Operating Model (TOM)/" To Be" processes
  • Support the project manager on scoping, objectives, estimation, assumptions, risk and dependency analysis and liaison with development teams/key stakeholders as agreed
  • Produce ad hoc data analytics/reports
  • Develop and manage project documentation deliverables
  • Complete special projects and other functions, as required

To be considered for the role of Business Analyst you will possess the following attributes and abilities:

  • Demonstrable analysis of pension's administration-related issues with experience of delivering pension projects across people, process and systems.
  • Possess practical in-depth experience of DB and DC administration,
  • Previous experience in the role
  • Excellent research and analytic skills
  • In-depth knowledge of data modelling techniques
  • Working knowledge of relevant business management principles
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to turn complex concepts into simple language
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of word processing tools and other relevant software packages
  • Extremely professional, well-presented and motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • Flexible and dedicated with the desire to succeed at all costs
