Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 DoE

The Role:
As a Senior member of their technical team, you will act as an escalation point for junior engineers, handle challenging support cases, and deliver projects end-to-end. You'll be involved in infrastructure management, network troubleshooting, and cloud-based projects. You will be expected to maintain excellent communication with clients, ensuring that services meet the required KPIs and SLAs.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing service tickets, including troubleshooting complex issues and providing solutions.
- Delivering infrastructure projects, such as O365 migrations and on-prem to Azure transitions.
- Acting as a technical escalation point for junior team members.
- Building and maintaining client relationships by managing long-term accounts.
- Ensuring all work is documented and meets quality standards.
- Collaborating with the project management team to ensure successful project delivery.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and SharePoint.
- Strong knowledge of VMware and network infrastructure.
- Familiarity with PowerShell scripting.
- Excellent communication skills and customer-focused approach.
- Relevant certifications in Microsoft, networking, or cloud technologies (desirable).
