Sales Representative (Van Based)
Our well-established client is currently seeking a Sales Representative to join an exciting and innovative team for their Sussex/ Kent and South East London region.
Established in 2016, our client is now looking for a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join our intimate and friendly team. We are an independently owned franchise operating across London, Kent and Sussex supplying a wide variety of businesses with sustainable, lifelike flower displays.
Every month we visit our customers with a new display, keeping their image fresh...so to speak! This is where you come in. We are looking for a Sales Representative/ Manager to work full time looking after all our wonderful new and existing customers. The role will mainly be based on the road and will involve the opportunity to develop new business.
We are looking for someone with great communication, organisation, and time management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring all existing customers receive a monthly refresh across the county.
- Selling to new businesses by following our tried and tested 'every door on every floor' model.
- Selling our arrangements throughout the region, maintaining, and expanding the growth of the business.
- Pre-planning the sequence of customer refreshes each day to maximise productivity.
- Provide daily or weekly sales and refresh number reports to the line manager.
- Look to increase the penetration of Floral Image with the new and existing customer base by gaining multiple unit placements wherever possible.
- Providing feedback from your time spent with customers, thus helping us develop our business.
- Source referrals from existing customer base and provide leads for new customers.
- Responding to customer queries by email/phone/in person.
- Most importantly, enjoying your job and passing that positive energy onto our customers!

5 Day Working Week (Mon- Friday) - 40 Hours
20 Days Annual Leave plus Bank Holidays and your birthday.
Training provided with a supportive and experienced team.
Remuneration - Salary of £26,000-£35,000 + commission, van, Laptop & Mobile phone.
