Summary:
We are looking for a seasoned digital professional who has a deep understanding of the digital ecosystem and how it can deliver results for businesses of all sizes.
What you'll do:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with client goals and market trends.
- Oversee and steer digital marketing teams, including, Paid Media, SEO, Paid Social, Content Marketing, and Analytics. Direct experience in each channel is not necessary but knowing how they work and interact is crucial.
- Stay ahead of the curve by actively researching and implementing the latest digital marketing technologies and best practices.
- Lead and mentor a talented team of digital marketing specialists, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Craft compelling proposals and secure new business partnerships, expanding the agency's reach and expertise.
- Act as a point of escalation for the client delivery teams. You will be the strategic lead on key accounts and help guide planning in the right direction.
- Collaborate closely with other departments (Sales, Client Services, Design) to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction.
Who you are:
- Possess a minimum of 7 years experience in a leadership role within digital marketing agencies.
- Have a proven track record of success in delivering measurable results for clients across various industries.
- Demonstrate a true understanding of marketing strategy and how the marketing function delivers bottom line growth for a business
- Are an analytical thinker who can translate data into business level insights and strategies.
- Possess excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Are a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a passion for innovation and continuous learning.
- Possess strong leadership and team management skills, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
