Are you an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk looking for a new challenge? Do you have a keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our dynamic finance team in Huddersfield.

Responsibilities

  • Processing supplier invoices and expense claims accurately and efficiently
  • Matching invoices to purchase orders and delivery notes
  • Reconciling supplier statements and handling queries
  • Preparing payment runs and ensuring timely payment
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policy
  • Previous experience in a purchase ledger or accounts payable role
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
