My client are a water damage restoration service based all around London. They are specialists in damp proofing and technical and maintenance works. They have a professional team providing solutions regarding mould and moisture ingress. They aim to provide the best results for every project, for minimum cost. They cover areas including roof repairs, mould treatment, tanking, timber treatment and much more in this sector.
They are looking for an ambitious individual to join their team to be able to do surveys, write up reports and price the jobs. Ideally are looking for someone who has done all of these sectors before. The role varies from job to job around London however all costs for travelling with be covered.
The role is Monday to Friday 8am-4pm.
Need a driver's licence
Responsibilities
- Completing on-site property surveys (previous experience needed)
- Pricing ( previous experience needed)
- Write reports and make recommendations ( previous experience needed)
- Project Managment
- Contract management
- Managing clients
- Identifying defects
- Working across sites
- Offering advice on remedial works
- Generating schedules and budgets
- Collaborating with clients and their contractors to monitor progress
- Highlighting safety issues
- Providing advice on potential alterations, extensions, and improvements
