Overview
Join a dynamic team focused on delivering high-quality marketing and communications support across multiple academies and central services. This role involves content creation, digital marketing, event support, and brand management.
Key Responsibilities
- Update website content using WordPress
- Create and schedule social media content (Buffer experience desirable)
- Capture and edit photography for campaigns and publications
- Design basic graphics using Canva or similar tools
- Liaise with designers to produce marketing assets
- Support academy events and Trust-wide initiatives
- Contribute to internal and external communications, including newsletters and stakeholder engagement
- Assist with the production of branded materials and digital campaigns
Skills & Experience
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Proficient in WordPress and social media platforms
- Basic graphic design and photography skills
- Understanding of branding and visual identity
- Highly organized with strong time management
- Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Collaborative and self-motivated with a proactive attitude
