Key Responsibilities:
- Nurturing and growing customer relationships, increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conducting outreach to existing clients and new prospects.
- Partner with Field Sales teams to optimise site visits and deliver profitability.
- Attentive to customer needs, updating them on their orders, stock and lead times with seamless communication.
- Promoting additional products and services to maximise every opportunity and advising on upcoming products and promotions.
- Maintaining the CRM database and provide actionable insights.
