Design Team Lead Job Description
- Responsible for recruiting and training junior members
- Organising and run design review meetings
- Manages engineering changes and workloads
- Manage customer briefs, visit customer site and take measurements and details when required
Design Team Lead Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
- To produce concept models drawings using Autodesk Inventor for customer approval and quotations
- Create full manufacturing drawings from Autodesk Inventor models
- To model parts, sub-assemblies and projects in Autodesk Inventor
- Must have knowledge of production technique available to be used, for example Welding and Fabrication, and bolted assembly techniquess
