Job description:-

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to making a difference in the lives of students with special educational needs, ensuring they receive the tailored support they require to succeed.

Responsibilities:-

  • Develop and implement individualised education plans (IEPs) for students with SEN.
  • Adapt teaching methods and resources to meet the diverse needs of students
  • collaborate with other teachers, support staff and parents to monitor and support student progress
  • stay current with best practices and developments in SEN education
  • foster a positive, inclusive and safe learning environment.

Requirements:-

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with relevant SEN experience
  • Strong understanding of various SEN conditions and effective teaching strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
