My clients seeking an experienced IMPORT/ EXPORT MANAGER to join their busy Heathrow team.
Duties would include;
- Overseeing a 5+ export clerks
- Dealing with all modes of transport- import and export shipments
- Motivating staff
- Monitoring holiday and sickness cover
- Primary point of contact for key accounts clients
- Completing customs entries, permits, license and certificates of origin
- Working closely with the sales and transport team
- Dealing with customer queries and resolution of issues
Skills would include:
- Import/export customs entries experience
- Good attention to details
- Outstanding custome service skills
- 5 year checkable employment history/ clean DSB check
- PC literate
- Previous experience within a supervisor/ manager
Working hours:
- Monday- Friday 0900-1730
