Job Responsibilities
- Creating and Maintaining new customer relationships
- Generating & booking market appraisals
- Registering interested buyers and arranging property viewings
- Conducting quality property viewings and providing feedback to vendors
- Negotiating offers between buyer and landlord
- Cross selling mortgage and conveyancing services
- Supporting the wider sales operation as required
- Assisting with sales progression
- Business development
