About the Role:

As a Corporate Sales New Business Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business and fostering strong client relationships. You won't be part of a faceless sales force; instead, you'll join a close-knit team of Sales & Account Services professionals who work collaboratively and report directly to the Head of Client Services. Based in our Manchester office, you'll take charge of your own portfolio, from the first meeting through to long-term account management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition & Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities within the corporate sector, with a focus on healthcare and medical industries. You'll develop tailored solutions and close deals that bring value to both the client and the company.
  • Relationship Management: Beyond the initial sale, your success will be measured by your ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring their needs are continually met with the highest level of service.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with your colleagues in the Sales & Account Services team, sharing insights and strategies to achieve collective goals. You'll receive guidance and support from the Head of Client Services to help you excel.
  • Consultative Selling: Adopt a consultative approach to help clients understand how our services can address their unique challenges, making you a trusted advisor in their business operations.
  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with broader business objectives, including market research and identifying trends to meet client needs.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: At least 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within the outsourcing, healthcare, or medical sectors. You should be comfortable navigating complex sales cycles and engaging with senior decision-makers.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively.
  • Relationship Builder: A proven track record of building and maintaining long-term client relationships, valuing quality over quantity in client interactions.
  • Team Player: While managing your own portfolio, you will also contribute to a collaborative team that values shared success.
  • Driven & Self-Motivated: You are motivated by long-term success and are not afraid to take ownership of your role. Proactivity, organisation, and a continuous improvement mindset are essential.
