Duties
- Confirming with clients all the documents are right.
- Carry out general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and organising documents.
- Accurately collect and input data into case management systems.
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion, adhering to data protection laws.
- Support team members with additional tasks, including reception duties.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- Effective communication abilities, both in writing and verbally.
- Proficiency with standard office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
