Brillant company based in Marlow is growing their team. This position has a lot of growth within the company. This is a Monday to Friday 100% office based role. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency of our office operations.

Duties

  • Confirming with clients all the documents are right.
  • Carry out general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and organising documents.
  • Accurately collect and input data into case management systems.
  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion, adhering to data protection laws.
  • Support team members with additional tasks, including reception duties.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
  • Effective communication abilities, both in writing and verbally.
  • Proficiency with standard office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
