Berry Recruitment are NOW hiring for a committed and experienced Scheduler/ Junior Planner to work for a Manufacturer based in Banbury, Oxfordshire

Role: Scheduler/Junior Planner

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 Per Annum

Location: Banbury, Oxfordshire

Hours: Monday - Friday (37.5 Hours)

Holiday Entitlement: 25 Days Annual Leave

Key Responsibilities of the Scheduler/Junior Planner:

  • Continuously updates schedule to ensure other departments can plan and execute.
  • Advises purchasing department of any schedule changes which may affect raw material requirements.
  • Updates planner daily and ensures it is uploaded, stored and accessible to other team members.
  • Support capacity analysis to assess current infrastructure utilization and future capacity requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and input for capacity planning.
  • Identify potential bottlenecks or constraints to capacity.
  • Monitor performance metrics and key performance indicators to track capacity utilization.
  • Communicate capacity planning updates and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Participate in strategic planning sessions to align capacity planning with business goals.
  • Organise tool share between European sites.

About you:

  • SAP ERP/MRP ideally
  • Proven experience in planning, resource management, scheduling
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
