A pioneering organisation in-between Bath and Radstock are looking to appoint an Operations Assistant.
Your new role
Duties will include:
- Build productive, working relationships with key stakeholders and other departments
- Ensure compliance with legislation
- Completion of KPI's
- Deliver cost-effective services
- Participate in budget management and identify efficiencies and potential savings
- Support with recruitment, rotas and managing staff hours
- Contribute to Health & Safety for the site
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have proven experience supporting the management of a large and varied team and associated rota development understanding. Additionally,
- Experience of working with budgets, identifying savings and efficiencies
- Proven experience of participation in recruitment, training, mentoring, development and performance management.
- Ability to assess and manage risk
- Able to build and maintain effective working relationships both internally and externally
- Able to produce reports to show compliance
- Strong communication skills with the ability to persuade and influence change
