Main Responsibilities of a Social Value Coordinator
- Lead daily operations, including employee volunteering and funding initiatives.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with external organisations.
- Manage databases, review applications, and analyse data for reports.
- Manage delivery schedule for case studies.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to meet timelines.
- Verify and edit content request templates.
- Manage consent and content for case studies.
- Provide monthly completion reports.
- Represent the Social Value strategy to stakeholders.
- Handle daily correspondence for the Social Value Team.
- Support the team with ad hoc tasks.
- Manage financial tasks and resolve invoice queries.
- Arrange departmental travel and accommodations.
Experience, Qualifications & Skills Required
- Strong interest and understanding of Social Value issues and best practices.
- Skilled in creating clear reports, data analysis, and database management
- Experience participating in meetings with key stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships.
- Capable of working independently.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Proficient in learning and using G Suite and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Effective at fostering relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
