This role is a Sales & Ops role within the beauty industry . It's a wonderful opportunity to join for the launch of a new K-beauty brand onto the global stage. You need to have FMCG or cosmetics experience and have launched products internationally. Work style: Hybrid: 3 days in the office .
Sector : Global cosmetics brand that is launching a new K-skincare range in the UK . This is a very exciting opportunity for the right person to join at the start of the launch and to build up the brand .

It supplies over 400,000 online and offline small and medium-sized retailers with the most popular and trending cosmetics and skincare products in the world and is way ahead of the competition in supporting new developments in the beauty sector . With the dramatic growth in e-commerce and a huge interest in supporting smaller , high quality , skincare manufacturers, this company is now expanding fast and is looking to appoint a Sales Marketing (Product Marketing) Manager who will help increase brand awareness and help launch this K-Brand across businesses such as Boots and Sephora .
Duties: Helping to launch a new skincare brand into the Uk and international market
Retail Relationship/Key Account management :

  • Form strong personal relationships with retailers
  • Deliver instore Training to Beauty Advisors
  • Ensure products are placed correctly instore
  • Create promotional plans
  • Help to manage stock forecasts, orders management, shipments monitoring to ensure the sufficient inventory

Product Launches:
Closely work with external marketing agencies in order to:

  • Create a cosmetics marketing strategy targeting retail clients
  • Plan the beauty product launches
  • Track and measure the success of launches
  • Use Google analytics to measure campaign success
  • Analyse - and interpret - sales statistics to identify best -sellers and most profitable ranges
  • Ensure that the warehouse stock levels are accurately forecasted and stock levels are monitored

Marketing and drive awareness

  • Plan and execute product marketing campaigns
  • Use social media to drive product awareness
  • Ensure all website information is up to date
  • Research category trends

REQUIREMENTS

  • Cosmetics , skincare or FMCG background is essential
  • Key Account Management experience
  • Degree educated ( ideally )
