Your new job working as a Real Estate Account Handler will be working for one the world's largest Lloyd's Broker and risk management companies. Within this, they have an international broking division - a division that is headquartered in London and covers territories outside of the United States stretching from the UK to Australia, from Canada to the Caribbean, and from Latin America to Asia, employing more than 7000 staff. Your new Brokers benefit from significant international and UK reach with a global network that can offer client service capabilities in more than 100 countries. Due to the growth within their UK Real Estate division your new Brokers are looking for an established Property Owners/Real Estate Account Handler to work as part of their established Real Estate team.

Your new role
Your new job working as a Real Estate Account Handler means you working in a fast paced and dynamic environment providing outstanding support to the Account Executives.
You will be responsible for servicing your client accounts during the renewals process; admin, presentations, negotiating premiums and managing all paperwork. This is a varied and busy role, but one that will also broaden your expertise within Real Estate. You will be working in partnership you're your Account Executives, to deliver the needs of your clients. First class interpersonal skills, dedicated to customer happiness and aware of maximising opportunities are critical to your success. You will be responsible for building renewals documents, reports, balancing the mid-term adjustments and crafting new quotes for customers. A high attention to detail is essential when dealing with this much information. Other duties will include ensuring client details are recorded accurately, providing cover by renewal date, assisting your clients with queries daily, confirming cover with the insurers, processing policies and chasing up outstanding documentation when required.Manage all account queries and credit control matters as well as preparing underwriting information for presentations to insurers. Design and deliver presentations as requiredFollow up on new and existing renewal business quotations

What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience working as a Real Estate / Property Owners Account Handler handling UK or European Property Owners will contribute to your success in securing this role. Ideally, you will have progression towards Cert CII, Dip CII or Advanced Dip CII.
Worked in teams servicing both clients and colleagues; with excellent customer service skills and the ability to negotiate
