Audit Manager Birmingham Salary £45,000 - £55,000
Butler Rose are pleased to be representing our client, a leading UK-based chartered accountancy firm that is looking for a driven and ambitious Audit Manager to join it's team based out of its friendly Birmingham office.
Role Requirements -
- Manage audits from planning to completion
- Mentor new trainees and support them with their learning and development
- Manage work planning and ensure delivery of services in agreed timeframe
- Monitor client deadlines and ensure these are planned into our workflows
- Able to work alongside and part of the senior management team and support with company growth
- Assist with target setting and budgeting
- Ability to identify services that will add value to your portfolio of clients
- Confident in networking to promote the Firm
- Overseeing the audit team and championing the Firm's values within the team
- Provide professional client-facing communication skills
- Provide technical support to the Team
- Set an example for the team as a natural leader
Person Responsibilities -
- Fully qualified ACA/ACCA with practice experience
- Must have 3 +years post qualification experience
- Up to date in CPE and recent developments in accounting standards
- Experience of OMBs covering a range of industries
- Computer packages - Excel, Word, Sage, Caseware and tax software
