Order Processing Administrator

Are you available immediately for a long-term Temporary assignment based in the Watford area? Do you have previous Order Processing / Operations Administrative experience?

We are recruiting for an Order Processing / Operations Administrator to fulfil a 6-12 week Temporary Assignment to start ASAP.

You must be available to commit to the duration of this role which could extend beyond the 12 weeks, this is a key position and there will be a full training / handover period.

Main purpose of job:

  • As a key first point of contact for all customer enquiries
  • Processing orders
  • Provide administrative support to Directors & Managers

Main Responsibilities

  • Work flexibly as part of the Team
  • Represent professionally at all times
  • First point of contact for all general enquiries
  • Receive and process orders quickly and efficiently
  • Process all data correctly
  • Update the systems
  • Support the Directors & Senior managers with the range of operational issues
  • Administrative support to the Directors & Senior managers
  • Deal with post, emails, messages and phone enquiries, filing
  • Record all customer compliments and feedback to relevant departments
  • Produce and distribute weekly and daily invoices, dealing with any queries
  • Develop and produce weekly sales and activity reports
  • Liaise with potential new customers, dealing with initial enquiries, sending samples etc
  • Maintain and update customer and supplier databases
  • Keep the Online Shop up-to-date
  • Issue Health and Safety documents for site visitors and contractors
  • Undertake any other duties or responsibilities as requested

This is an essential Administrative role for the company and you will play a key role within the office team. Lovely team, free parking, on site café.
