Your new company
A leading NI maintenance contractor is currently looking for a semi-skilled labourer for long-term work with an immediate start. Although the yard is based in Derry City, you will be required to travel to various sites in one day. A van, fuel card and phone are provided.
Your new role
You must have practical experience with the following works:
- General building repairs such as brickwork/pointing/rendering/painting
- Floor levelling/beam filling/tiling/insulating
- Groundwork including flagging/concreting/drainage/fencing would be advantageous
What you'll need to succeed
The contractor is looking for a reliable skilled labourer with a valid CSR card who is hardworking, reliable and trustworthy, as well as having their own PPE. You will be able to provide a reference relating to previous experience in a labouring capacity. As a van is provided, a full driving licence is required.
