I am partnering with an outstanding organisation looking for a Financial Performance and Analysis manager. This role will involve hybrid working, a pension of up to 21%, a car allowance, medical cover and much more.
You will be working with the Business Partnering team and work on producing the business plan for the organisation This includes:
- Forecasting and budgeting
- Liaising with senior management and presenting to the board the findings
- Managing regulatory reporting requirements and complex reconciliations in Europe and the UK
- Looking at sales, revenue, expenses and investment performance
- Suggesting improvements and process driven
To be successful in this fantastic role the person will need to be :
- ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualified
- Financial Services background
- Proven ability to work and lead on projects
- Strong commercial awareness
