Role Overview: As the IT Manager, you will take on a crucial role in managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a solid technical foundation who is ready to step up and lead IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware.
  • Implement and manage security protocols to safeguard company data.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimise downtime.
  • Handle software and hardware installations, upgrades, and configurations.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure compliance with IT policies and best practices.
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest technology trends and recommend improvements.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical background with hands-on experience in managing IT infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in network and server management, cybersecurity, and IT operations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Previous experience in an IT support or technical role.
  • Relevant IT certifications are a plus but not required.
