Job Description: Finance Manager
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000
Location: Reading (Hybrid)
Role Overview: As a Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing various financial operations within the organisation. Your responsibilities will encompass a broad spectrum of financial management tasks, ensuring financial health and compliance across the board. You will manage a team of 5 people and report directly to the Finance Director.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial statements.
- Authorize claims and supplier payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Monitor cash flow and financial forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Evaluate development costs and capital expenditure proposals.
- Implement and manage credit control procedures.
- Manage the purchase order system for IT expenditure.
- Administer insurance funds and liaise with underwriters.
- Handle FCA submissions and prepare/facilitate VAT returns.

Skills/Qualifications:
