Marketing Manager,

Duties as a Marketing Manager:
- Devising marketing strategies and plans
- Creating engaging content via various channels
- Managing social media content and marketing campaigns
- Increasing brand visibility
- Overseeing and managing a team and projects
- Building relationships and identifying opportunities
- Public relations and providing updates
- Using various platforms and updating company systems
- Performance analysis and devising reports
- Coordinating marketing activities including video and photoshoots
- Executing the marketing and business objectives
- Developing a strong industry insight
- General ad-hoc marketing managerial responsibilities
What we are looking for:
- Relevant degree or qualifications in Marketing
- Demonstrated experience within a Marketing Managerial position
- Experience within estate agency and/or professional services
- Strong communication skills on all levels
- Experience overseeing a team and objectives
- The ability to manage a varied workload
- Can work in a fast-paced position and execute strategies and plans
- A desire to learn further within the industry and maintain knowledge within that field
To be successful as a Marketing Manager you will have excellent coordination and organisational skills, with a creative nature and mindset. In return the successful candidate will receive a salary between £35,000 - £55,000, dependent on experience, plus an excellent company benefit package, working Monday to Friday.
