About the Role

  • Role: 12-month FTC Case Manager
  • Location: Chester, office based
  • Salary: up to £32,000 per annum plus annual bonus

As a Case Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and progressing cases from initial inquiry through to completion. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension, offering a fantastic opportunity to gain experience and develop your skills in a fast-paced and rewarding industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of finance cases from application to completion.
  • Liaise with clients, brokers, solicitors, quantity surveyors and valuers to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
  • Conduct thorough case assessments, including credit and risk evaluations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all case activities and communications.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any queries or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify process improvements and enhance overall efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in case management within the finance or property sector.
  • Strong understanding of bridging and development finance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software.
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
