Internal Sales Account Manager

Our client is looking for an Internal Sales Account Manager to join an established Sales Team who all look after their own customers.The customers are repeat buyers. Our client is looking to grow the team with people who love selling, enjoy customer banter and building customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive volume growth through existing UK customer base by seeking and developing all opportunities that are the right fit for the business.
  • Day to day management and relationship building of UK customers.
  • Identify, research and deliver any new business opportunities that fit the business strategy.
  • Provide, as directed, accurate and timely reports.
  • To ensure that the service and operation is delivered in line with the client's expectations and achieving all set financial targets and budgets.
  • Be point of contact for clients with account queries
  • Providing and maintaining the quality of service delivery
  • Act in accordance with all company policies and rules as detailed in the company handbook.
  • Undertake any other appropriate duties as requested

Required skills:

  • Proven sales account management experience required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong decision-making skills

Benefits:

  • £40k OTE per annum (£33k Basic)
  • 31 Days Holiday (Includes Xmas Break & BH)
  • 40 Hrs per week (8-30 to 5.30 (Hour lunch)
