We are looking for a Corporate Commercial Paralegal to support a dynamic team of lawyers in delivering top-tier legal services to a diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Corporate Commercial Paralegal, your role will include:

  • Assisting solicitors and partners with a broad range of corporate and commercial transactions, including M&A, joint ventures, and shareholder agreements.
  • Conducting legal research, preparing legal documents, and drafting contracts.
  • Supporting with due diligence exercises, including reviewing and summarising contracts, company records, and other documents.
  • Managing client correspondence and ensuring a high level of client care throughout the transaction process.
  • Assisting with the preparation of board resolutions, minutes, and Companies House filings.
  • Supporting the team with administrative tasks and managing case files efficiently.

What We're Looking For:
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

  • Prior experience working as a paralegal in a corporate or commercial law setting.
  • A strong academic background, preferably with a law degree or equivalent legal qualification.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Proficiency in legal research and drafting legal documents.
  • A proactive and professional attitude, with a desire to learn and develop your legal expertise.
