We are seeking enthusiastic and professional individuals to join our team as Business Lecturers with an Education establishment. You will be responsible for teaching across a range of courses in Business, with a focus on BTEC programmes from Level 1 to Level 3, including Marketing and Finance units.

Day to Day of the role of a Business Lecturer:
- Deliver high-quality teaching across BTEC Business programmes, focusing on Marketing and Finance units.
- Engage and motivate learners, particularly those aged 16-18, to achieve their full potential.
- Prepare lesson plans, materials, and assessments in line with curriculum requirements.
- Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to curriculum development.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the subject area and best teaching practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications for the role of a Business Lecturer:
- A degree in Business or a related area.
- Some teaching or training experience.
- A passion for Business and education.
- Excellent communication and IT skills.
- A team player with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
- Minimum Level 5 teaching qualification recognised by the FE sector (e.g. PGCE, DET) or the willingness and ability to obtain this qualification, which will be fully funded by the College.
