**Are you experienced at teaching BTEC courses to students 16+? Do you hold a teaching or assessing qualification?

We are seeking enthusiastic and professional individuals to join our team as Business Lecturers with an Education establishment. You will be responsible for teaching across a range of courses in Business, with a focus on BTEC programmes from Level 1 to Level 3, including Marketing and Finance units.

  • Location: West London
  • Salary: up to £43,700p/a

Day to Day of the role of a Business Lecturer:

  • Deliver high-quality teaching across BTEC Business programmes, focusing on Marketing and Finance units.
  • Engage and motivate learners, particularly those aged 16-18, to achieve their full potential.
  • Prepare lesson plans, materials, and assessments in line with curriculum requirements.
  • Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to curriculum development.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the subject area and best teaching practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications for the role of a Business Lecturer:

  • A degree in Business or a related area.
  • Some teaching or training experience.
  • A passion for Business and education.
  • Excellent communication and IT skills.
  • A team player with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
  • Minimum Level 5 teaching qualification recognised by the FE sector (e.g. PGCE, DET) or the willingness and ability to obtain this qualification, which will be fully funded by the College.
