SEO Executive
Full time permanent role
Mon-Thu 0800-1730 and Fri 0900-1230. If required, the job holder can work 2 days per week from home after successful completion of probation period (Not Mon or Fri)
Role based close to Haywards Heath. Due to rural location of the offices, you will need to be a driver and have your own transport. There is plenty of free parking on site for all staff.
Salary £30000 per annum plus very good company benefits, Xmas shut down each year (not taken from holiday allowance), team outing days, good pension scheme, life assurance cover, free coffee!

The role - SEO Executive
Working as part of a small team, the SEO Executive will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing organic and paid search initiatives for the company and its clients. The role involves creating and implementing keyword strategies, as well as reporting on, analysing, and continuously improving the digital performance of these projects.
Duties will include:
Overall online performance of the business and its clients
Liaising with the Client Services team for briefs, metrics, and KPIs
Developing and implementing SEO strategies tailored to client needs
Conducting keyword research and analysing competitor SEO strategies
Assessing site health and implementing technical SEO fixes or coordinating with developers as needed
Assisting with content calendars and informing the creation of new optimised content
Analysing SEO performance using tools like GoogleAnalytics and Search Console
Producing and presenting SEO reports
Improving organic SEO and managing paid search campaigns
Optimising local SEO efforts for better visibility in local searches
This role is crucial in driving business growth through effective and strategic SEO efforts.
Experience, competencies and knowledge required:
Proficiency with Google Drive and Microsoft Office
Expertise in organic and paid SEO strategy, including implementation and ongoing management
Strong knowledge of GoogleAnalytics and Google Tag Manager
Experience with backlink audits and implementation strategies
Advanced skills in keyword strategy, including analysis, optimisation, and continuous improvement
Ability to assess website health
Competitor analysis skills
Experience in creating keyword-rich content
Confidence in using various CMS platforms
Driver with own vehicle due to office / workplace location
