We are partnering with a well-established charitable organisation seeking a skilled HR Advisor/Caseworker for a 6-month fixed-term contract. Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Casework Advice: Provide expert guidance to managers and employees on complex HR processes, including performance management and disciplinary issues.
  • Disciplinary Investigations: Conduct thorough investigations, gather evidence and compile comprehensive reports with clear, actionable recommendations.
  • HR System Implementation: Play a vital role in supporting the implementation of a new HR management system, improving efficiency and processes.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: Recent, hands-on experience managing complex performance management and disciplinary cases, ideally within an SME environment.
  • HR Expertise: In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practices related to performance management and disciplinary actions.
  • Investigative Skills: Strong investigative abilities, with a track record of conducting impartial and detailed investigations.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using HR software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with attention to detail in every aspect of your work.
