Red Recruitment is recruiting an Account Manager in Cardiff to join our client, a technology, cloud and IT services company that is a trusted supplier of technical solutions to thousands of businesses and organisations across the UK.

The ideal candidate will want to further their career in a vibrant, fast-paced and rapidly growing organisation. The salary for this position is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum and contains many benefits as well as hybrid working options.

  • Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (depending on experience) + commission
  • Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5pm

Key Responsibilities of an Account Manager:

  • Developing relationships with existing clients and understanding their specific needs to retain current business whilst exploring new revenue opportunities
  • Ensuring regular contact and dialogue with all customers
  • Addressing any customer's areas of concern or needs
  • Overseeing the retention and growth of customer's revenue spending

Key Skills and Experience of an Account Manager:

  • You should have a strong work ethic, with a drive and a willingness to learn
  • You will need the ability to identify, develop and present new sales solutions to customers
  • Ambitious, commitment and tenacity are all required traits
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to change your communication depending on the customer
