Key Responsibilities of an Account Manager:
- Developing relationships with existing clients and understanding their specific needs to retain current business whilst exploring new revenue opportunities
- Ensuring regular contact and dialogue with all customers
- Addressing any customer's areas of concern or needs
- Overseeing the retention and growth of customer's revenue spending
Key Skills and Experience of an Account Manager:
- You should have a strong work ethic, with a drive and a willingness to learn
- You will need the ability to identify, develop and present new sales solutions to customers
- Ambitious, commitment and tenacity are all required traits
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to change your communication depending on the customer
