About you:
At Access we are committed to the highest standards of control, governance, and independent oversight. We are searching for someone with a good understanding of the Payment Card Industry Security Standards, ideally within the finance industry, and is excited to support and maintain PCI Compliance within the Payment Division.
You should be comfortable working in a fast moving, team driven environment and have the skills to communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the business. Some presentation skills would be useful as would the ability to chair meetings and calls.
This role is within the Divisional Compliance function, you will support the Senior PCI Compliance Officer drive the implementation of PCI compliance within the Access PaySuite Payments Division.
Day-to-day, you will:
Assist with managing PCI compliance and assessments across the Access PaySuite Payments Division, primary focus is on PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) v4, and an understanding of PCI 3DS (Payment Card Industry Three Domain Secure) v2 and PCI P2PE (Payment Card Industry Point-to-Point Encryption). This will include supporting the Senior PCI Compliance Officer to ensure the scope of PCI environments, are kept up to date and reporting is timely and accurate.

- Engage and build relationships with all types of stakeholders, technical, operational, internal and external
- Collate and review evidence of compliance related to PCI DSS v4, PCI 3DS v2 and PCI P2PE
- Present evidence to, and be confident liaising with QSAs (Qualified Security Assessors)
- Assist with maintaining the PCI DSS scope, compliance dashboard and assessment calendar
- Assist with maintaining compliance metrics and assist with internal and external reporting and preparation/presenting updates to the Head of Compliance and governance forums
Your skills and experiences might also include:
- Strong stakeholder management skills to ensure SMEs, internal and external stakeholders are engaged and kept up-to-date
- Passion for Payment Security and an eye for detail along with knowledge of the PCI DSS, ideally within the finance industry
- The ability to think methodically and logically, and communicate well using spoken and written word
- Certifications such as PCIP (PCI Professional) or ISA (Internal Security Assessor) are desirable, but not essential.
