The role of the Finance Manager is critical to the development of the business and its processes going forward:
- Preparing monthly management accounts.
- Profit and loss accounts.
- Balance sheet reconciliations.
- Dealing with third parties including banks, HMRC, insurance companies.
- Cost control.
- Consolidated accounts.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Working closely with the external Accountants.
- Other ad hoc duties as required.
