Kenneth Brian Associates are working with a well established, market leading organisation based in Horsham, who are looking for an Administrator to join their team.
This is a busy and varied role, with responsibility for the day to day running of the office. Working as part of a small, friendly team, day to day responsibilities will include:
- General administrative duties including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence
- Answering telephone and email enquiries in a professional manner
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
- Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory
- Supporting management with diary management and document preparation
- Maintaining internal databases and records
- Supporting external sales team
The ideal candidate for this role will possess:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
- Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise workloads
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Friendly, professional, and a team player
