Property negotiator required for serviced office business. This is a part-time role 2-3 days per week, and you can work from home and be based anywhere in the UK. The salary quoted is the full-time equivalent and is pro rata for the days worked. Bonus paid on successful lettings.

The role
This is a part-time role, and we are happy for you to be based remotely anywhere in the UK. There is no requirement to attend the offices on a regular basis but there may be ad hoc meetings in London to meet a client at a key stage or visit introducing brokers. Day to day viewings can be done by the on-site operations teams.
- Building and maintaining relationships with existing and new commercial estate agents, brokers, and serviced office introducers.
- Liaising with them by telephone and email.
- Arranging viewings for vacant office space.
- Negotiating lettings.
- Liaising with the on-site operations team at the offices in London.
We are looking for an experienced property salesperson for this role. We are happy to consider any property background. Short-term office lettings experience would be great but equally you make have worked in residential or commercial lettings or for a broker or introducer.
Essential skills
- Property sales experience.
- The ability to build strong relationships with brokers and introducers.
- The drive, perseverance, and motivation to ensure the offices are fully let.
- Able to commit to 2-3 days per week in a part-time capacity.
- Happy to work at home or from one of our locations.
