We are proud to be working with a leading insurance business based in the Bolton area that have now been establised for almost 30 years. We are searching for experienced motor claims handlers with minimum 12+ months experience working in a similar role. Our client offer excellent opportunities or progression with the possibility of gaining industry related qualifications fully funded by the business.
Motor Claims Handler duties:
- Handle First Notification Motor Claims
- Manage a varied caseload of claims via telephone and written correspondence
- Effectively prioritise own claims portfolio and team responsibilities
- Act as point of contact for Policyholders and Brokers
- Identify and refer fraudulent activity and any questionable underwriting
- Deliver a consistently outstanding level of service to all parties involved
- Always adhere to company and regulatory policies and guidelines
