Business Travel Client Executive required for a successful and growing travel management company based in the City of London. This is a new role that entails building and nurturing relationships with new clients. The role is Monday-Friday on a hybrid basis with a salary of up to £45,000 dependent on experience.
Business Travel Client Executive responsibilities:
- Identify the culture, structure and business processes of new clients during the initial stages of the customer journey
- Act in a consultative capacity to ensure the onboarding of a new client runs smoothly
- Identify short-term and future client needs and work with other teams to arrange online training etc..
- Develop internal and external communication skills
- Act as the voice of the customer to ensure all needs/requirements are met by other teams such as product, tech and operations
Business Travel Client Executive skills required:
- Ability to engage with both customers and internal stakeholders at all levels including C-suite
- Strong presentation and written skills
- A good understanding of client contracts and business processes
- High customer service levels
- Previous experience in building client relationships
