Role Summary:
Collaborating with TN Recruits Law, they are actively seeking a highly skilled Senior Legal Executive in Dispute Resolution Property to join their expanding team. This position has arisen due to organic growth and an increasing demand for their specialist services.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive advice on long leasehold matters and tenancy issues, encompassing both residential and business tenancies.
- Draft legal notices and conduct possession claims.
- Advise on statutory matters affecting all areas of leasehold law.
- Manage real estate litigation and professional negligence claims related to property matters.
- Oversee a diverse property litigation caseload.
